These monster s’mores stuffed cookies are soft,

These monster s’mores stuffed cookies are soft, chewy and packed with gooey melted chocolate, marshmallows & graham crackers. It’s the ultimate treat for any s’mores lover out there! #s’mores #cookies #dessert

S’mores Stuffed Cookies 🍪
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 ¼ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
4 graham crackers broken into halves
8 large marshmallows
2 Hershey bars

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour & baking soda, and set the bowl aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the butter and both sugars. Add in the eggs and vanilla, and mix until it is well combined.
4. Add the flour mixture, mix until a soft dough forms and stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Scoop 4 Tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper and flatten the top of the dough down with a spoon.
6. Top flattened dough with graham cracker, Hershey bar, marshmallow and another scoop of cookie dough. Flatten the dough to cover the s’mores and surround the bottom of the cookie.
7. Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool before enjoying.
